Ordered a couple of items online. Click and collect. No obvious signs for click and collect when I got there so went into the shop. They knew about my order, gave me a receipt and instructions to drive into the shed. Was told to show a guy the receipt and he would put the order in my car. They did that. Very easy. Polite, helpful and friendly staff.

Jewsons are a wonderful company to purchase from. The wood is excellent - the price is so affordable for large or like my own a very small job. Five stars go to the staff who are just so nice/approachable and attentive in whatever branch you go to.

Absolutely appalling service.Bought some NoviPro Wellington boots at the end of JANUARY and they split. I was refused An exchange by the assistant manager and quite frankly she was very dismissive and very rude.

Ordered some flags £438 per pack. About an hour after the order was placed they rang to say they had sold our flags to someone else. We asked if we could have a refund but they said it would take 3-5 working days to process. As the money hadn't been taken out of our account I asked if they could cancel the order but they couldn't. The following day they took the money even though they couldn't supply the flags. We now have to wait until we get the refund before we can order more flags elsewhere so that's 5 days of our holidays gone. Will never go near this firm again
