Pleasant straightforward independent coffee shop with fairly wide range of food. Seevice prompt and attentive and a nice selection of cakes with generous slices provided.

I can understand only having a single vegan lunch option. What I can't understand though is why you would use a salad dressing that has honey in it with said vegan option - that's just wildly misleading.It cannot come down to a server having enough sense to point this out to stop someone eating food that isn't suitable for them. I have been to this cafe previously, ordered the same food, and this was NOT pointed out to me prior to today.If this takes place for vegan food, there are real concerns about how seriously other dietary requirements are treated.

Only came in for a hot chocolate and natter. Makes me feel like a big kid when I have squirty cream and marshmallows. Super tasty ?Lovely atmosphere. Clean toilet.

Cold inside . Poor food breakfast dry and tasteless. Poached eggs hard and no white left toast cheapest bread and cold dry . Bacon obviously pre cooked as was Luke warm and slimey .£ 27.00 wasted will not

A fabulous little cafe with great fayre and superb staff. Went with my mum, wife & sister for lunch and we were all thoroughly impressed.Between us we had a croque monsiuer, habanero chicken toasted sarnie, blueberry pancakes and bacon & egg on sourdough toast.The cakes looked incredible so it was rude to take a piece of the lemon & blueberry sponge home for later.
