I find this shop expensive & always lacking in enough staff. When you do eventually get to speak to an assistant I have found they are clueless as to the nature of the products they are selling an to which I have enquired about. Surely a retailer of this size, should be far more vigilant & clued up when it comes to selling products of this nature.ð??¦ `Is this really Healthcare`

When I went into the store, there were two young men talking on the till point. One was behind the till, the other standing at the side in a track suit and a coffee in his hand. The one behind the till completely ignored me, told the other man to serve while he went on his break, which he did. I was not impressed. I felt I was being served by one of his mates off the streets. I give one star rating for being served at least.
