Great pharmacy with very nice staff indeed. Had to wait a minute or two to be served but you can see that they are all busy in the back. I got my prescription items really quickly and although one item was short, I was told it was it if such and to speak to my GP to arrange something else.What did annoy me was the other people waiting to be served. Tutting and groaning about having to wait. These people are the type to order a home delivery pizza that takes half an hour to arrive, but ask them to wait 5 minutes so that a prescription can be done is too much for them. How the staff here vote with this all the time is beyond me.

I messaged the pharmacy explaining that I was too ill to collect my prescription and not only were they quick to respond but they delivered it without any fuss within a few hours. I really appreciated this help.

Amazing service from Fergie the Pharmacist yesterday. He made me feel completely at ease about my medications and instructed perfect use for them. He spoke to me in a private room ensuring my details were kept confidential and even stayed open a few minutes later to ensure i had the correct prescription. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Got stuck in bit of a situation and the pharmacist who was working at this pharmacy was an absolute life saver, I left my medication at home whilst visiting and this pharmacy made sure I did not go out with any medication, the pharmacist and all the colleagues deserve some recognition, the staff were absolutely amazing !!!

Awful! They only have one Pharmacist on duty, staff waiting around for medication to be ready. Regularly out of essential medication. Appalling level of communication, no 'phone call to say tablets are out of stock or will be late or even that medicine is ready . Staff rude and aloud to be, they regularity all troop out to bus stop for a igarette leaving place even more short staffed. Biggest bugbare, they regularity turn ring tone off on telephone so anyone with critical problem can't contact them ( Yes, the head Pharmacist is aware of this ). I really don't know how this Pharmacy get away with this.

Came in for my fathers prescription. The girls/ladies on the front are always friendly and welcoming and I hate to leave such a bad review because they are so nice but whilst I was waiting I could see how two of the female staff members were being spoken too and treated by the man in the back I?m assuming the pharmacist and I won?t lie it made me feel very uncomfortable and thought this type of work ethic was disgusting. The poor girls seemed to be getting singled out. Not the way to run a business. As I said I can?t fault the rest of the staff their service was impeccable

Friendly staff, but is a very busy pharmacy,Also no sense of confidentiality, shouting from the other side of the counter Infront of 4 more customers what prescription I am waiting for. I felt quite embarrassed as had to shout back my mental health medication ? good job I don't have thrush or piles that would have been really embarrassing.

I had to pick up my husband?s prescription last week, for which he had had confirmation that it was issued. I had to wait just over 20mins. There were several people in the chemist already waiting for prescription and one lady who had her granddaughter with her had been there over half an hour. When she finally got her prescription there was one item missing so had a further wait! There were 5 staff behind the counter, but only one girl seemed to be dealing with people. Before the switch to this new ?chemist? the service was excellent. I have repeat prescriptions every few months but I am thinking of changing my named chemist because I do not have time to waste standing around in here. If I handed in a paper prescription I would expect to have a delay, but with preordered medication surely this removes the old ? it will be ready in 15mins, could you call back later, or just wait? scenario? Very disappointing.

Had to go to this chemist when the one on Teehay Lane closed, it is possibly the worst chemist ever ,never in four months have they got one prescription correct.Avoid at all costs ???
