Strange experience here, upon entering I was told to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly then eventually I was asked to sit at a desk with only what I can assume a new employee.Told them what I was after and what I had seen online, then they went on the TUI website and completed the same search I had done at home, to then read out the deals / prices I already had.I asked if they had any different options / ideas of what we should do and what was the benefit of me using Hayes over TUI direct - only to be told we will price match.I am sure there are other benefits but I just didn?t get them so booked direct.

Amazing customer service yesterday from two very enthusiastic ladies who went above and beyond for us. We only came in to enquire about holidays and they found us the deal we couldn?t walk away without!
