Popped into H.Samuel in Birkenhead less than an hour ago with a little problem with my bracket ( not from here ) lady called Lisa Very helpful + sorted it for me. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced here. I didn't even know they did them until recommended by a friend. Staff were lovely and friendly and very Knowledgeable. Would use them again. Rachael and Deborah put my daughter at ease and couldn't have been more helpful.

The necklace I got from yourselves in 2023 was insured, however I lost my receipts. Having found out as much information as I could it still wasn?t enough to get a replacement on the insurance (it was unfixable). However, Lisa in the store went above and beyond in helping me (I had also been in a couple of times trying to sort this, but she told me what information I needed) to be able to get the replacement. It took her a long time and a lot of effort of looking through the till, and ringing up the insurance company, but never once did she look flustered or fed up of helping me to be able to get the necklace. All the time she had a smile on her face. Great member of staff at the store and a lovely lady. Would make a great detective. Thank.

Helen was fabulous! Extremely helpful and super knowledgeable. I ordered online and didn't like what I had chosen. She offered me several alternatives all to my liking and gave fabulous customer service processing an exchange and making the whole visit hassle free. Lisa helped me and my wife to purchase her wedding band which had to match a bespoke style of engagement ring. She spent a long time showing us different options and advising which suits best. I?d recommend this store as they?ve got it spot on, thank you.

We popped in to purchase an eternity ring and got two new rings!
While looking at the item we wanted to purchase, I told Lisa about my wedding ring, which we bought in February of this year at a different branch.
I informed her that, after our March wedding, one of the stones from my band was missing and sent away for repair in April. Thankfully, whilst purchasing the ring, I had taken out a policy to cover against any damages, loss or theft.
Upon inspection, the repairer deemed it a manufacturing flaw, and they covered the repair without even going through said policy.
After calling, I collected the ring from the store, popped it back on & went home.
Little did I know how bad the repair was.
I told Lisa I?d noticed it didn?t look the same as when we?d purchased it.
She used her monocle to inspect it and confirmed my concerns that the repairer had not appropriately repaired the problem since the claw was still missing and is now hanging on by a honeycomb patchwork of metalwork only.
I couldn?t believe that the other store could have let this happen, let alone pass Quality Control or allow me to walk out wearing my ring, knowing that at any given time, it would fail again.
Lisa insisted that it be replaced immediately with a brand new ring at no cost to us.
Not only did she rectify the situation, but she also cleaned up another branch's mistake!
Lisa understood how upsetting it was for me to be without my wedding ring again, as we?d only married in March this year.
Not a problem for wonder woman - next day collection arranged!!
We can?t thank Lisa enough and praise her for her understanding, professionalism, honesty, and dedication to her job.
