Rude staff member told me to start packing bags when I'm disabled on a mobility scooter and I was watching the baby whilst my partner loaded it on the till, I then politely asked does he tell his other customers what to do? To which he replied very abruptly and hostile towards me. After I explained I felt overwhelmed and I have mental health problems his reply was "I don't care, not my problem" it's people like this guy that if someone was having a bad mental health day, could be pushed over the edge and do something silly and extreme (end life) with him telling that person he doesn't care
and that their mental health doesn't matter. I feel utterly disgusted at this shop workers attitude and lack of customer service and care for others conditions. No empathy at all shown just sheer nasty aggressive argumentative individual that thinks he can do what he likes and thinks he's all mighty.
AVOID this store and go to the Prenton farmfoods as the staff are better their. This one needs shutting down or at least a change in staff. Can't fault the manager as he listened and was nice when I complained. Probably the only nice decent one their.

The shop has its own parking space, be aware not to park long. There are so many options to choose from in the shop.

I used to shop here all the time but I'm disabled in a wheelchair but I've been so poorly and still am but I can go a week without talking to anyone till I started shopping here again. The staff have changed for the better as shopping at this store has made such a positive as I come out of the shop with a smile on my face and truly look forward to going to do my food shop. Thank you so much for your kindness and making me feel like I matter.
