If I could give 0 stars I would! Dreadful customer service and a smart Alec guy telling me my phone had just come in seconds before when it had come in earlier probably to cover up the fact that they were supposed to call me when it was in. They clearly need some much needed training!!!

I can't thank Matt from Birkenhead enough for his help, support & patients yesturday. He went through everything with me to upgrade my handset mobile phone, transfered everything from my old phone to new phone which took the best part of an hour. Unhelpful unpleasant extremely rude staff, will not shop here, nor recommend to anyone, in fact your staff here would learn a lot from the EE store at the Coliseum in Ellesmere Port, especially in Customer Services & in not trying to be a smart a***, staff in EP are way above the individuals in the Birkenhead store, big shout out to Ewan at Ellesmere Port thank you so very much for your help & support.

Not an expected response. Went to EE to switch my number. I was told that mine is data only sim (actually it is not) and that they were unable to do it. I have just done it today on internet by myself.
