“Great Dry cleaners BUT to be charged £4.95 for an item that they can't dry clean, seems a bit unfair and a bit of a scam to be honest, Really dissapointing to charge for items. That haven't been touched or cleaned or they couldn't get the mark from this. They claim I was informed this would be charged, however this was not the case at all. Despite them claiming so on a Google Review they done all this work etc thay wasn't undertaken Rather than accepting the garment they should have said we feel the stain is not removable rather than charging for something that wasn't done! Yes, the item was there for several months as I had a mental breakdown and totally forgot about the items, however they found it necessary to point this out on Google review without the full facts of what's happened. They also made zero contact about the item that was in store So claim "storage" is absolutely unbelievable. Whey have made no. Contact or attempt to notify me about the item Hiding behind excuses of being told "you were told.n the This when booking in" is NOT the case or the way to deal with customers, I WAS under the impression there would be no charge if this could not be done, It's a shame as this is an amazing dry cleaners! However after today's experience and arsey Google reply I would. Strongly urge you to look elsewhere It's claimed they are disappointed with a bad review, due respect you have charged me for something that was not completed. *UPDATE* - The business have sent a copy of an unread text message that they sent to me that was not received, I have acknowledged with the business this was sent, but not received. A comment was made by an employee yesterday, that is not disputed, however the matter and context of the comment IS disputed. The company has now decided they wish to post across social media, making unfair comments the item was "covered in mould" this is absolutely not true as can be seen on the attached photographs. I have not posted anything on social media, aside a negative review, however the business have felt the need to post a status across social media, something I have not done aside leave my review.and my opinion on my experience. If you can see from the top of the post I DO reccomend this dry cleaners, however the customer service leads a lot. To be desired, especially given how a complaint or a negative review is handled.”
