Placed an order online for collection. Was being finished as we arrived, or so they said! 30 minutes later and numerous times asking, we finally got our pizzas. They eventually admitted they had messed up with one pizza and it was being redone- which it wasn't. 3 made sat keeping 'warm' under the lights. The manager was rude and not willing to accept they had made a mistake. When we eventually got our 4 pizza the manager was heard saying what is their problem? When home, 3 pizza were only warm and now a little soggy and 1 was fresh and hot not what we would expect.Very poor service, staff - especially the manager wouldn't accept they made a mistake. Oh we did get offered a free bottle of pop! 4 hot pizza that we paid for would be more acceptable.

Order a pizza deal for 3 people. Cost just over £10 per person. I collected the order so the food was piping hot. The staff are very polite and try to sort your food as quick as possible. The Birkenhead dominos is only small so there isn't much room to sit in, but generally deliveries are pretty quick and collections are always very fast. The car park is very small, there's only 2 designated spots for dominos, otherwise there's a few other spots you can use when just stopping to pick up your order. Would definitely recommend

Food tasted nice it did, but the pizza was wrong, just flat out wrong. And poorly put together I had sauce and pieces of pizza all over the place. It is not hard to make a half and half pizza with the selections chosen by the customer.

Poor service and simply rude. Can't order a gluten free pizza on the collection deal on the app. So I called up and a nice fella sorted it for me. But it got worse after this.Next time I go, they won't put it through. So I go into the store to order, 'its online exclusive.' So I explained I'd just had it on the offer and they didn't care. (£5.99 small collection offer)I had to pay £10.99 for a Any Sized Pizza offer, so I thought I may as well get a large pizza. Oh wait, you can only get a small gluten free pizza. Joke to charge people stupid prices for an intolerance...We regularly order from here but its been a while. Hopefully they have an over
