The Staff here are Exceptional. Attentive, friendly, efficient and professional. They always go out of their way to offer help to any customers who require assistance and are incredibly kind to a number of regulars who require extra support.
The place is always clean and tidy.
You have my continued custom for 2025.

Always a friendly costa. Sadly the coffee is not as good as it used to be in any Costa. I understand they have reduced the number of shots per cup.

Omg Costa Coffee is my favourite place ever. The food, coffee and pastries are excellent. The seating is so comfy and the service is perfect. There are also toilets which are usually clean and tidy and disability friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is flat and wide doorways to enter no steps and disabled toilets inside. The seating is arranged so it is easy to get a wheelchair through without getting stuck

Always a decent coffee, perhaps the best quality majore chain in UK tbh. Birkenhead branch is quite small so perhaps too cramped for wheelchair users & no lift access to upper floor if downstairs tables are all full but thats a limitation of the property & not a failing of an otherwise solid & reliable commercial brand company.

All staff members are amazing but some things are getting out of their hands. Every time the cutlery is not properly clean and they don?t understand that are dealing with food and customers can actually get sick. Is not ok to blame only the washing machine, if these are not clean. Don?t use them!

Awful aggressive staff, who don't know their job
Attempted over charge by charging over £4 for a coffee.
Left previous customers dirty cups and rubbish on the table all the time I was there.
I don't understand why folk work in hospitality if they dislike serving the customer

Nice place to have a snack and drink and meet friends with friendly staff and not expensive indoor or outdoor depending upon the weather
