Nice coffee, a little milky but a good latte. Cakes were great. The service was quick and friendly, nice and easy for a quick stop.

Freezing cold in here. Air conditioning far too high. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Why do they have it so high? Not necessary unless very hot outside.

lovely little place to grab a coffee, staff are nice and welcoming. we recived what we ordered first time round. loads of car spaces. restaurant was clean and tidy

Called in to meet a friend. Surprised the couch in the corner was empty. Wow it usually has someone sitting there. Walked over and a smell of fly spray got me. When I sat down there were flys buzzing around me loads dead on the windowsill. I left and moved to another table. Exactly the same. As I was waiting for my friend the amount of flys flying around was unnerving. Constantly having to waft away. I then thought why so many flys ? Looking around the floor was littered with half eaten sandwiches & crumbs and looked like it hadn?t been mopped in over 24 hours. No way would I have felt comfortable drinking or eating so when my friend arrived we left. Please note the staff all seem young and I have never noticed this problem as bad in other eateries. ALSO THIS IS THE COSTA DRIVE THROUGH AT BROMBOROUGH CROFT AVE. DO NOT get it mixed up with the 1st original Costa on the shopping complex on Croft Bromborough.

Tried this Costa on Tuesday and I must say it was a great disappointment. I was served by a rather strange young man with a beard who juggled with the crockery and then dropped it all! Took him three attempts to get my order right and he constantly chatted to others as he messed things up. He also seemed to spend his time flirting with pensioners!! I know some people are fans of this Costa but not me. Just give good service and don't act like a puppy on speed ! The toilets were amongst the worst I have seen..if you run a cafe clean them I won't return

I am a regular visitor to Costa Coffee at The Croft, Bromborough where it is always a treat and pleasure to visit. The staff are wonderful particularly Cameron who is so friendly and caring and ensures that not only myself and family are looked after brilliantly but we have noticed how wonderful he is with all the customers making everyone welcome and at ease. The coffee is superb and the food is always a treat.

Lady in queue with her child, that could have only been 3yrs old, told they would not be served until they had completed the track and trace on the app and proved it had gone through.
The poor lady tried multiple times with toddler in toe and even asked for the WiFi code, as the app wouldn't load, asked if she could place the order and sit down while it went through, even explained that she suffers with anxiety and was struggling to cope with this!
The rude staff proceeded to refuse to serve, be incrediby unhelpful and made quite a scene in front of a growing queue!
I then questioned if they had a paper list as many places do! Not everyone has the app, wants it or a might not have a phone. Apparently it's against company policy due to Data Protection!?!
Surely not the case, the lady left in tears without being served.
I made sure to check she was ok outside!

Wouldn?t let me sit in unless I downloaded the Illegal Serco (not NHS) app to track and trace me. I could order a takeaway coffee so this isn?t about the virus. Shame on them! This goes against GDPR law. They might want to rethink their policy before they get hit it a gdpr lawsuit seeing as Serco are selling peoples data on and the government has admitted the app is unlawful.

Regular user of costa especially this store. Very well organised, good attention to detail. Swift friendly service. Enjoyable lunch time visit felt very safe. Staff very helpful
