Our fave coffee place in birkenhead, i have a very complicated coffee order usually caramel latte with soya and sugarfree and staff here is very accommodating especially Ben. There was one time months ago that i ordered my usual and the guy that served me back then just looked at me in disgust and felt judged that i have a coffee preference, he even commented ?you just have to make it complicated dont you? but ben is always welcoming and assured me that it is ok and even looked at that male staff disapprovingly. That barista does not work there anymore im not surprised because he doesnt have customer service skills. But now, including ben who is our favourite , the other staff are quite helpful and efficient and professional. Keep it up guys ?

Wanting to specifically thank Levy (please correct me if I?ve misspelled or misheard his name with my inadequate hearing?)
He?s always on the ball with making people welcome from the moment they walk past, let alone walk through the door or on their way out with a friendly smile and greeting/farewell. Just positive vibes and I feel it really makes a difference to your day feeling valued and appreciated.
I?m not taking anything away from the rest of the team who do a fantastic job here too, between them all, make this one of the most friendly coffee shops around and I hope this feedback does them all justice and I hope to meet and get to know the rest of them on my visits.
If management are reading this, please make sure they get a pat on the back and know they?re a great team.

The poorer neighbours of its competitors in the same square. Too few seats outside. Is this staff not reporting it to reduce their workload? Coffee not as good as its competitors. Downstairs toilet always occupied. One toilet upstairs for men - but not disability friendly. Good company is usually its only saving grace.

Amazing experience to pop in to have a cuppa. Nice and chatty baristas but the tables are always busy.
Vegetarian options: Feel free to ask for vegetarian options and the baristas more than happy to help you.
Dietary restrictions: This Caffe Nero is a really spacious and friendly place to chill out and enjoy a coffee. Excellent location.
