We stayed at Village Hotel at the Wirral August Bank Holiday 23. We received great service in Housekeeping especially from “Hakam - H” … reported broken iron board and needed fresh towels and within 10 minutes everything sorted lovely. This is a great hotel. We stay roughly once a month when we visit family and we cannot fault it. the hotel is lovely, the rooms are great. Being able to use the spa facilities is a real luxury. The bar area is nice and the food is really good. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Had a wonderful time at the Village. Easy to find. Our room was on second floor clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries. The restaurant was pleasant and the food well cooked and presented. Best steak I had for a long time. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips, particularly liked the special pint and a half glasses.... read full comment
