The staff were so kind and friendly. Everyone was smiling and the pharmacy was spotless with seats while you wait. I was served by a younger gentleman, I wish I had asked for his name because he was so kind and helpful. Great experience.

I've just changed the pharmacy I usually get my prescriptions from to Woodchurch Road Pharmacy and I am really impressed with their service. Previously when I ordered my prescription I would have to wait up to a week and sometimes longer to collect it and quite often there would be items unavailable so I'd have to make a return journey. I ordered my prescription yesterday morning from my GP and received a text message this afternoon to say it was ready for collection. Woodchurch Road was recommended to me by two friends because the delay in getting my prescription from my previous pharmacy was causing me so much stress. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for their efficiency and really pleasant staff.

I had my doubts when this pharmacy took over from Boots, I was so wrong. I can't praise them enough. The staff are well informed and friendly and always make sure you're not waiting to long. Nothing is rushed but is efficient.
They always manage to source any medication that isn't readily available.

Very good pharmacy. My wife has been using this pharmacy for a long time and now I have moved here as well. Kept up to date with prescription orders, collections and if an item is not in stock I am made aware.
Currently undergoing refurbishment so wishing them all the best once works are complete.

This is a very friendly and respectful pharmacy. All the staff are well informed about a wide range of queries. The atmosphere is calm and professional.
