I went to boots today and spoke to a lovely ladies called Clare in the make up section, she was nice and patient and helpful, with me and helped me find the right foundation and conceler, bronzer for my face. She made me feel comfortable.

Went in with my wife for a pair of dual vision- bi-focal and a cheap Boots own frame at £79. Imagine my astonishment when the whole thing comes to £345 with a 10% discount to £323.48. Talking about a con job. It will be the last time ever using Boots optician service. The management should review their practices and stop the overcharging loyal clients.

Went in yesterday to find some hand cream. Went to prescription counter where two people were working checking stock. Stood patiently only to be totally ignored! They did glance at me once each however then continued with their check. Eventually walked out! Went next door to savers pharmacy where I got immediately approached by the pharmacy manager, very polite, who helped with my inquiry. When he could not locate the item recommended by him another lady helped.. I mentioned to him my lack of contact with Boots and he just shrugged his shoulders not wanting to comment. However the young lady on the till did say she had a rew complain about lack of customer service in Boots!

I am very pleased with my experiences at Boots Pharmacy on Grange Road in Birkenhead. The store is conveniently located in the Pyramids Shopping Centre, making it easily accessible for a quick visit while shopping.
The variety of products available is impressive, ranging from prescription medications to beauty and personal care items. I particularly appreciate the extensive range of brands and products, especially the No7 skincare and makeup lines, which are always well-stocked.
The pharmacy services are top-notch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service every time I visit. They are always willing to assist with any queries and offer helpful advice. The availability of a consultation room adds an extra layer of convenience for more private discussions about health matters.
Moreover, the store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I need. The opening hours are also very accommodating, with the pharmacy being open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Saturday, and 11 AM to 4 PM on Sundays
Overall, Boots Pharmacy in Birkenhead is a fantastic place to shop for all health and beauty needs. Highly recommended!

Used to be a cut above- superior service and products - at a price.
Now, poor- don't think the staff really want to be there. New glasses given without a proper case or even a cloth. £££!
