Absolutely amazing service from Lyndsey Carter who was consistently going above and beyond supporting our elderly mother. We needed the support so badly as everywhere we went was a constant battleground along with trying to sort everything out legally that comes after a bereavement in our family. Excellent service from John. He was polite and incredibly helpful full and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I had understood what was he was doing for me. He put me at ease right away assuring me that the would do his best for me.

New security staff at the doors is scruffy and unprofessional.
On his phone every time I pass, wanders about in people's way.
Does not befit the standards of Barclays.
Very cheap and shoddy.
Hire serious security, not bored, distracted people who do not take their job seriously.

Linda went above and beyond to be helpful today at Birkenhead I had accounts to close and some to reopen and yes it all took a long time to do the transfers but Linda set everything up perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice was welcomed. Thank you

It?s so hard to get even the simplest things done with this bank. No branches locally and an undermanned phone line mean long travel or long wait. Much better to sign up to a bank with a good online presence
