One of the coldest days of the year, & they refused to allow access to the outdoor trading shed for coal & logs, staff stated its because it was water logged this morning, I have taken photos which shows the concrete floor is drying out & I have accessed this many times, when it's been in a worse state than today, in future think I'll shop at Aldi or Lidl.

Popped into the store yesterday and it was mad busy and couldn't find a particular item. A massive shout out to Ellen who was absolutely amazing her customer service skills are fantastic and I know working in retail this time of year is so stressful for the staff but Ellen was so helpful and cheerful. Service with a smile ? thank you

I am sure that this Asda is run different to others on the Wirral. What makes me think this is that a lot of cheaper alternative brands and options don't appear to be available here... Went to some meat for Sunday lunch.... A leg of lamb was marked up at £23. I ain't paying that.... Went to Asda woodchurch and there you go, on offer at half price... Got a full leg of lamb for £11.50. Bromborough also had no cheaper alternative of the gaviscon £14. Jeees.... Woodchurch had cheaper alternative for £6.50

Untidy clothing area which is now too small after refurb. Empty shelves/fridges...is it struggling now there's an Aldi and Lidl close by? Not what it was at all.

Awful shop. Always looks a mess, never any scan hand sets available. Must be the 3rd time now that I?ve left my trolley and drove to another shop. You cannot get half the stuff you need. I see adverts advertising lovely items for Xmas, this shop has none of them. Christmas section this year here is dreadful. It really is a wasted trip

Staff are rude and lack intelligence, lazing around the self checkouts, barely even any tills open. I once bought 2 Asda?s home brand products, scanned and paid, then their system malfunctioned, and I had to wait 20 minutes being accused of trying to shoplift by the busy body Asda cashier. I would avoid this Asda, better alternatives: Aldi, Lidl, and B&M all within close proximity on New Chester Road are all much superior.

Western Union directed me to complete the transaction at the Asda bureau Du change. It seems they were wrong as the Asda counter says it isn't possible. I'm pissed with as I waited 20 minutes for the Asda employee
This store is poorly managed it is noticeable that since walmart parted the staff have no motivation. Anexample on Saturday 26 at 11am October the reduction fridge was full of un marked down Products. Thus charging customers the full price. When i asked an assistant the responce was she expected me to inform customer services. She also muttered that the store was under staffed

Would just like to say a big thank you to James the delivery driver who delivered my order on Friday 9th of August at 5pm.
He arrived exactly on time of my booked slot and went above and beyond with his customer service. I am currently bed bound with mobility issues, and upon seeing the problem I would have packing my bags, James immediately took over packing my order from the delivery crates without me even asking.
He went above and beyond and can't thank him enough for his assistance and customer care. An excellent example of a caring friendly employee who is customer focused in his duty.
Many thanks once again and a credit to James's work ethic and his customer care.

Never enough staff on tills v scan and go so when none charged you get massive queues. Self service tills don?t have enough space to put all your weekly shopping on for a family of four so you have to do it in two gos or your shopping falls off the scale.

Prices all over the place. Recently changed strategy from the ridiculous M&S quality match to match Lidl & Aldi prices and there were so many price reductions a couple of months ago proving just how expensive Asda was! Now they can?t advertise the reduction as it?s been too long by law they have reverted to normal price tickets and the prices are creeping back up again. Inconsistent and getting expensive once more.

I feel uncomfortable shopping here now. Your face is scanned at the entrance and at the tills. No human on till in the evening. Have to use stupid self-serve. And everything is well overpriced. Even the offers are a ripoff. Didn't think I'd say this, but. I won't be shopping at asda again.
