I wanted to write a review as Asda was an amazing help for me yesterday. I?m a 17 year old girl and I was shopping on my own, when I went to get some bread I had fainted awake with no one in the isle. As soon as possible a bakery worker came over with two other Asda workers. They were the loveliest people ever and was so reassuring. As id never fainted before it was really scary but they supported me all the way until my mum came. They gave me chocolate and water to help me with no expectation to buy afterwards. I hope someone will show them this review as I wanted to say thank you so much! I was the girl shopping for my nan ? x

Unfortunately my car broke down today (4th March) and I managed to roll into this Asda. Me and my dog were on the way home from the vet and were stranded here as nobody was free to come to help us. I went into the store hoping they had the correct coolant I needed to see if it was able to hold coolant long enough to get us home before leaking again. I went straight to kiosk by the front door to ask for help and the two ladies working there were so lovely. They directed me to the coolant and when I came to pay they asked me for my registration to stop me from getting a car park fine and asked me if there was anything they could do to help or if there was anything else I needed. They even offered to get me a chair so I could wait inside instead of being stuck in the cold car. I wish I had asked for their names as they deserve some recognition for going well above and beyond normal levels of customer service. They were working on the kiosk at 7.20pm when I went in so please thank them and let them know they?re doing an amazing job. You?re so lucky to have such lovely staff.

The store was filthy as usual and cages everywhere and no loo roll in the toilets which were disgusting and hadn?t been cleaned I hate going here I only do when absolutely necessary as I don?t have a car so forced to use this awful place

I was shopping today Sunday ,at Asda Arrowe park I got to the check out and met a lovely cashier with a lovely smile singing Memories from cats she cheered us all up in the queue . She really was a breath of fresh air , there enough misery and she really brightened my day she was on the disabled till think her name was evetta

Hats off to Gary the car park attendant. I left my card in the petrol pump and was in a blind panic. The card had not been handed into the store but Gary was very helpful helping me retrace my steps, he was so lovely and reassuring and brought my stress levels right down. Thank you Gary you really helped me overcome this event.

Very poor.. had a delivery for today 7-8am it never turned up no notification nothing. I called up as waiting in, driver then said over the phone would be there at 9.30. I popped out quickly got back for 9.30 again no one turned up. I have called up about 5 times today. Again I had to go out later on and said I would be back around 7pm so they said would get the driver to come then as no one showed up all day. Again no one has turned up. My order was needed as needed baby powder. Called up and now they said oh it will be cancelled now and will be about 5 days for refund. Absolutely disgusting, I?ve waited round for this all day expecting my delivery. Spoken to numerous people. If I was told today this wouldn?t be coming I would have gone and bought most of the stuff as was needed. Had so many issues with these deliveries lately, usually always the alarms left on the baby powders when delivered. partner had to saw off the alarm the other week, happens everytime! Are these people stupid.. Won?t be shopping there no more. I only shop there and get delivery?s quite frequently for convenience but not any more. Issues me a £5.00 voucher? what good is that paid about 5.00 for delivery? Is that getting refunded to me. Absolutely useless this shop
