It is unbelievable that the lady at the cigarette counter refused to check out my order as I wasn't purchasing cigarettes.
I was purchasing wine which would require authorisation by a member of staff and she wasn't doing anything.
Bone idle, lazy and not customer focused.

Handy little store that is totally let down by it's auto check outs. They are constantly stopping you for the most stupid mundane reasons and you have to wait for an attendant to clear it who themselves are running around like headless chickens as so many people experience problems with the tills. Because of this you could most definitely not do a full week's shop as there is no room to manover things.
We are sadly definitely not using this store anymore. People we have spoken to have also informed us that it's a nightmare and have used other stores.

A few times I have wanted to buy tobacco from kiosk but despite there being staff stood near you get ignored, this time there was 2 staff working and one member of staff buying items on self checkout they were all stood chatting, one member of staff looked over and made eye contact with me but still decided to continue their conversation. Might I suggest is people don't want to serve people they should find employment in a non customer facing roll. Previously I have walked out due to ignorant staff that don't seem to want to work.

I find the staff helpful Paul james(fresh) Bryan and security rich and ty are all so kind and will talk to you and help you we shop everyday there and never had a issue the app is great self checkout can be a pain but staff happy to help

Never again. Walked round filling my wheely basket only to get to the till at about 0830 pm to be told to use the auto tills. I politely told the lad I would just leave it to be told ?fine?. Well aren?t you a fantastic example of complete and utter p### poor customer service young man, I hope you visit where I work so I can return the favour. 30 years an Asda shopper but no more. You want me to serve myself, pay me to do it. NOT EVERY DISABILITY IS OBVIOUS??MAKE A STAND PEOPLE?..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Would never shop here again soon as I come in to your shop staff think it's ok to watch me around the shop and when I go the till they scan my bags you have one member of staff who is nice not sure off her name she has glasses on I suffer with bad mental health and your staff don't have to be so rude one staff was laughing cause my child was kicking off that is not professional in my eyes I will never set foot in your shop again

Only wanted beer ciggies pasties & pickles. Staff prompt & helpfull & will show you to items if you can't find them yourself which is helpfull to those of us with impaired vision.
