The second star is meant as an act of kindness. The cafe has the warmth of a court hearing and you're the accused. The variety of food is limited by choice and the strong desire to protect your taste buds. I guessed the cafe was child friendly after seeing the size of the cups.

It has pretty much everything from clothing and bedding to baking and quick bites. Blue badge bays in the lower car park near to the lift that brings you to the shop floor or you can use the escalator.
The team there are always helpful (in my experience) and happy to check if you need more information about anything. Can usually find what I'm looking for.

Asda was before my favourite for daily shopping. Before experienced quality and friendly service.
I don't know if times or what has changed. When I needed to have customer service help with a defected product I got my life time worst service. Personnel is hiding their name signs and no response can be given written. "No contact to faceless service"

Excellent. Lots of choice. Could do with more staff on the cigarette stand to stop huge queues and understandably shattered staff (there should be two staff on the tills - not one). Managers also need to increase the morale of the staff. Have gone since it opened. New management are doing something wrong because I've seen the change in excellent staff. Remember they are people - not numbers.
