Very poor service. Ordered and paid for a Samsung tablet online to collect from my local store. Email came to advise that the product will be available to collect 9am the following day .went to collect but told it had been missed off the delivery but will be here at 4pm ,went back to collect and after a long wait told the order had been cancelled due to no stock and the moneywillbereturnedwithin the next 5 days . Don't understand how they can take the payments if they haven't got the products. Will not use Argos again. Purchased from Curry's, friendly service but sadly not local

Bizarre world. I paid over £700 on a few items here and needed a carrier bag to make sure I didn?t drop and break my purchase. I was told I had to pay for it. Unfortunately I didn?t have any cash on me and my card went missing earlier that day so I couldn?t pay for a poxy bag. I had to struggle out the shop carefully avoiding a throng of other customersDo I love spending £700+ and being treated with contempt. Not really so I?ll avoid all Argos shops from now on.Well done for driving away customers ?Maybe a reevaluation of your policy is in order.

Twice now I've been handed returned products as new and had to refuse them, and ask for one where the factory seals are intact. This has happened on a google pixel pro, and ps5, so not insignificant items. Double check when collecting, you have been warned.

Ordered a phone online as a gift and it was the wrong one. Got told online i can return it in store. The store said they can't do a return on it because it was opened. Now stuck with the phone terrible service from argos never again.

Actual store is fine, colleagues are polite. You'd think that such a massive company such as Argos could update their Google opening times though, wasted trip when they've shut an hour earlier than it says.Hopefully Google update the times now I've submitted a change for them, only been months for them to update it according to the paper notice.

Attended the store to buy ink for my printer. Asked a staff member to help me as i was unsure of what ink I needed. I gave her the model of my printer and she selected the ink required. I asked her "Is this 100% the correct ink" and she replied "yes it is, if you get home and find its not just return it and we will swap it for you." Got home and hey presto... Ink is not compatible... I returned to the store with the ink and the reciept to be told No we cant do anything, for all i know you could of swapped the ink cartridges"..... Im now £30.00 out of pocket and still no ink. The staff member i spoke to even laughed when i explained the situation to her. Diabolical customer service!!!!

I wanted to order a product and pay when I pick up as I have a voucher to purchase partly. No facility to do this!!!! What about people that can't use technology, how do they find their way around other problems you encounter as you can't manage to use on line. Your system is appealing and never used to be.

Bought a new iPad off them 13 months ago (out of warranty) it sadly died on me, took it to the apple store who said they couldn?t do anything and it would cost for me to replace it, took it back to Argos who sent it to be looked at by a repair shop, no success so they replaced it with a brand new one and refunded me the difference! Friendly and patient staff, will be prioritising buying from them again.

I suggest people should use other Argos stores rather than this one, they sell faulty items but then want you to go to the other stores to fix their problems.All that was required was for them to provide me with a replacement for the unusable item they had provided me with 10 minutes prior... But no, they wanted nothing to do with it, happy to take my partners money in the first place though!

Store not serving due to technical difficulties which occurred hours before I placed my online order.Told it may take a couple of days before I can collect.You?d have thought there?d have contingencies for this type of issue.
