You can't "pop in" on your way to work or anything else, as the queue so long, you will be late. One time I went in, stacking shelves was more important than serving the huge queue. I rang today, so I can check if they have something, so I wouldn't have to queue ages for them to tell me they don't have it, but of course, no answer.

Literally the worst shop I have ever been to waited for 25 mins not even to get served had to leave to collect kids but the elderly lady in front of me had waited an hr for her prescription then to be told she wasn?t allowed to carry it to her car literally parked outside as it was to heavy and was told to wait until there was no que (another 5 people ) I helped her to the car and never went back absolutely shocking customer service. The most disorganised place and baskets full of peoples shopping that had obviously given up waiting . Don?t go

Lovely people but abysmal serviceUsually long queues, rarely have medication in or ready, whatever system is in place it doesn?t work. They?ll never answer the telephone EVER!

I don't like to be negative, and everyone's lovely etc, but......doesn't really perform the basic function of allowing people to collect prescriptions efficiently. Terribly frustrating experience.

Never answer's the phone, i called them from 10am all the way to 2:30pm. 45 times i rang them one after the other n they didn't answer once. Not happy at all

Poor service ! Don?t update their website! Shut on a Saturday without no prior warning! If all health services did this the country would be on shut down!

I called in yesterday Saturday 16th September 2023 to buy a couple of items , Nothing moving as usual the girls was looking for a prescription for a guy . What seemed like an eternity , still couldn?t find it . And it had been sent by boots of Boston to Woodhall Spa branch. So it was there . But they have no order and combined with untidy practice and minds ,there is no hope . Sad really cause the girls are polite . Just needs a good manager with a bit of get up and go . A few people walked out and went elsewhere?..as zero desire to serve anyone in the growing queue . Woodhall Spa is a lovely place to live and visit . It?s a thriving community. So girls pull your socks up and tidy up empty boxes and get some order in the workplace . I don?t mean this review in a nasty way , it?s constructive only from a shoppers view . Remember you girls are ambassadors for Boots . So make the company proud of you . First thing is get the prescriptions in some sort of order . Shop windows cleaned ,and outside swept . Inside tidy away empty boxes . Get there a bit earlier a couple of days and check around how you would expect it to be . Good luck girls ,I hope you will look at these points I made . We all can get a bit complacent at times I know . But don?t give people an excuse to grumble .

Never answer the phone. I think we?re on the 5th complaint to head office now. My patience has worn thin. Even in Facebook groups, people are complaining about this store! The last 10 years it?s not been great, but this last year is laughable. You order items weeks in advance and they don?t have them. Constantly getting prescriptions wrong. The dates on the orders from the suppliers actually say only a day or two before they arrive? yet they claim there are supply issues? I just don?t think they actually order them. It?s almost as if they borrow from other orders to fill different prescriptions seeing as nothing is ever entirely complete. Huge staffing issues- there clearly isn?t enough staff. I see recruitment signs up all the time. It can?t go on like this. Everyone will take their business elsewhere.

This Boots store is suffering terribly from under staffing. It is not the fault of the staff that work there, they are doing their best under impossible conditions. Imagine how they must feel having to go into work every day knowing the pressure they will be under. My heart goes out to them and that's why I'm awarding them 5 stars

Boots Woodhall Spa. There seemed to be no desire to actually serve customers. Staff not actively occupied, but still not serving the queue. My wife walked out in frustration. Will be reluctant to try this particular Boots again.

Never saw something like this, the worst Boots I have ever been too. No organisation, no sense of urgency,long queues. Avoid if you can.

Sorry but I have only honestly given 1 star for the staff being mostly polite. Shop is disorganised. Only 1 staff for prescriptions and shop purchases. Never have medication in stock. Not just ours but see nearly every patient is given a we owe you slip. They NEVER answer the phone, their own admission too. The queue is always massive and when the 1 staff member looks for prescription, she's gone ages as likely poorly organised back there too. My husband has controlled pain relief post surgery, guess what, prescription not been sent, although they said that last month and I had bar code from surgery to say it had, then then found it. It's boots for goodness sake. More staff needed. They have 2 tills but only 1 person to man them. Its a busy tourist area and as such it's always got massive queues. I will not be getting our prescriptions from there again but will use conningsby, which is cleaner and managed better.

If you can buy your medcine elsewhere, I strongly recommend. Only 1 person on duty. Todays queue, 10 person.persons.
