I went to this salon today, the staff were lovely and it was a really nice environment. However i am really disappointed with my acrylic overlay i received. My nails are lumpy and chucky and have bubbles all around and i know i should have said something when i was there, but the lady doing my nails was so lovely, and i cannot complain in person for the life of me. However, as these nails were £45, and i was expecting a good outcome, i am quite disappointed. Just to add, I got these done 6 days ago and they are already lifting.

Thank you for such a lovely pamper session at Leo?s retreat. I had a gel manicure by Charlotte and a gel pedicure by Verity - both did an excellent job and were really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for being so accommodating and fitting me in.

Always amazing. Simply put The Beauty Loft Retreat is the best Spa and beauty Salon in Lincolnshire and beyond! ALL of the team make you feel so welcome and at ease, the treatments are consistently the best that I have ever had ????????I am doing a charity ball in December 2019 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and P3 Street Outreach (Lincolnshire) and despite being a small local business The Beauty Loft Retreat have generously donated an Afternoon Spa Retreat for two for the raffle! Amazing! ??

Lovely place very relaxing however, I wasn't impressed with the treatments I had, certainly overpriced for what I recieved and the staff weren't very professional in their attitude.

Fabulous. The massage I received was wonderful. The hot tub was great and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be going back.
