We visited this store a couple of weeks ago looking to purchase an e-bike for my wife. Asked the guy in store about one we had seen on line, which turned out not to be in stock but could order in. I then asked about the price seeing if they could do any better due to other retailers being cheaper for the same model, l was quickly told that the price is the price and they wouldn?t be in business for long if they start price matching. I found the same bike £480 cheaper, don?t mind paying a little more to support local business but not £480 more. Placed the order for the bike on line later that day free delivery and arrived couple of days later. I was made to feel like l was in the wrong even thinking about wanting it cheaper. This chap must of been on holiday when the customer service training was on?. Not a great experience

Used to be fantastic would call at least once a month for tea and cake when out on a run on motorbikes. Since the revamp it has completely changed - poor service! We ordered teas and coffees, they only had a couple of cakes to choose from. The cups of tea were served in tea pots between 2 people (not enough in the pot for a full cup each as the pot was only half filled) The small jug of milk they gave us was to serve 4 people so I had to drink my tea black because there just wasn?t enough for 4. Cakes were ok but not much choice. Feel disappointed as we supported them as soon as they opened after Covid era and have been regulars but since the new style restaurant it just doesn?t favour their old clientele - I don?t mind paying the £6.30 for tea and cakes to support rural businesses but to then skimp on volumes of basically hot water and milk is just penny pinching. We have decided to try some other places in the area and give this a miss in the future.

The customer service in giant is incredible, everyone was really friendly and helpful, i can?t thank sam enough for his assistance and guidance it?s the first time I?ve had every question answered as well, I?ve been to other bike shops that don?t seem interested to help or even welcoming so this was a big reason for me actually buying the bike!If you want to deal with genuinely helpful down to earth people and a shop that provides incredible quality/value for money then I?d advise giant Lincoln every day of the week

Wow what an experience from buying my bike to being looked after in the short time I've had it.This is a level of service that all sorts of business could benefit from and learn from, its like a big family business.Only today my bike had an unexpected visit to the shop this time to have the tyres de tubed.Unannounced and they still fitted me in I look forward to a good relationship with this shop and look more forward to eating and drinking more in the cafe they have there (I can well recommend the carrot cake.)Well done guys keep it up....So an EDIT with the review !!!Been in once again after many miles of use and for a small update and check of all bolts etc etc.The bike is awesome, but it still does not come close to the level of service that this shop really does do well.... The staff really do go beyond when welcoming you and looking after you, with one member even leaving his breakfast behind to serve me now thats dedication.....Big thanks to Mark and the team I will be bringing biscuits on my next visit!!!So another edit to the review.Once again I found myself situated in the centre of the shop surrounded by the ever satisfying sights of brand new bikes.Again I find myself leaving with new machinery. Not just one but two ? lolThe service and knowledge from the staff was second to none and once again purchased local helping the local bike shop.Thank you all guys

What a great bunch of people, so friendly and helpful. We decided after 25 plus years we wanted to get back into cycling and this store really does make it easy to decide. We hired a couple of bikes and took them for a ride on the local cycleway (disused and converted railway), This made it easy to decide as we have never been on an e-bike and the ones we hired were almost the same as we wanted. Hire fee was returned as we ended buying a couple of bikes.A week later we collected our new bikes, we were given a full introduction in to the new bikes and they were set up for us. They couldn't have been any more helpful. We got a great deal on the bikes as well. Giant Lincoln is a fantastic store with super staff in a super location. If you're looking for a bike it's worth traveling here. There is a cafe, and a few shops here as well. Hire bikes are well looked after and help you decide what's right for you. 10/10Our thanks to everyone in the shop?.

My son and I cycled from Skellingthorpe to the cafe. Informed as the table was cleared from previous guests, the wait for hot food would be an hour, as we were presented with menus.Waited 25 minutes trying to get the attention of the stafff, i even approached one and asked if they are taking orders right now, to be told it is table service. Waited a further 5 minutes and still no one came to our table.Staff seemed very busy talking to each other and customers. Paying little or no attention to much else.We have been here plentiful times and had an excellent service.This time it was shameful!

We visited at the weekend, staff very unhelpful, it was very clear to see they were only interested in giving you any time if you were spending money on the day, we were made to feel unwelcome, all they want is your money, wouldn't buy any bikes from here, I can imagine the after purchase treatment

I had the pleasure of been served by Lee, who was incredibly knowledgeable with a real enthusiasm towards cycling. Been new to cycling I was overwhelmed by all of the options and reviews online, so decided to go into the Giant store, Lee covered all aspects Bikes, clothing, shoes, helmet Etc, and no questions was too much.I couldn't believe how thorough and helpful he was, and allowed me to leave the store confident I had the right equipment for my specific needs. Grateful for all of the advice and a very pleasant first experience into the world of bikes.A truly wonderful experience, and great shop.

Not great at all carpet needs to see a hoover was greeted by server at door lead to table only wanted two coffees no price list card reader ready before I have sat down still had coat on and the Americaner coffees was at best awful unable to see cakes What a joke staff need retraining and a don't won't a loyalty card AVOID

Walked from Skellingthorpe sat outside waiting no one appeared husband went inside saw 4 people talking asked if he could place our order as we knew what we wanted was given a menu and told some one would be out to take order, 10 minutes still no one came so we left, my husband went back inside to speak to the manager who duly offered our order on the house we declined it's not about paying for food it was the poor service.

Great experience today, saw Toby for my bike fit on an 8 year old Propel it honestly felt like a new bike afterwards sooo good.
I can?t wait to ride it later and see how what difference the changes make.
I will be coming back for services on my bikes and to buy a new one when I can ??????
