We were waiting for food for about 40 min . But we were playing table games while waiting. The food is nice , the atmosphere is lovely.

Wasn't the best food I've eaten was ok didn't find the portions that big and not the best cut of beef and very odd the dinner comes out with the gravy already on your roast and not extra on the table

Birthday meal ordered at short notice. Not disappointed, nice table for two, service was outstanding despite being a full house, food was great at a reasonable.

We had a wonderful evening here with friends. The staff are very professional and personable. There is a lovely atmosphere and we noticed how spacious the tables feel. We had the Roast Turkey, which was beautifully cooked and presented. The Christmas puddings were also delicious. We loved the mini jugs holding the brandy sauce. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful pub, exceptionally clean, fabulous food, friendly staff, plenty of parking & dog friendly ?
Gardens have seated areas under gazebos, something that had been put in place in covid which is very nice.
Well worth a visit.

Delicious food with an outstanding choice on the menu. Including a great children's menu. Swift and polite service and a great setup for family and friends, conversation, and interaction. No telly to distract you, and the tables are speed so that you don't overheard other people's conversations. The buzz of chat and laughter in a restaurant was so refreshing. Thank you to all the staff who made my birthday meal with family something to remember and recommend to others.
