Had to give him the credit he deserves as all too often reception staff are overlooked, but his hospitality at this travelodge was second to none.

It was a prime location to where we wanted to be ( Lincoln showground) we arrived late but the receptionist was lovely and friendly, only thing was the heater was on and the room was very warm, easy to switch off but room took a while to cool a bit, great location we were next door to Gregg's for breakfast next morning.

The rooms seen very clean and the bed are always comfortable , the staff have always been very helpful to us , obviously there is no breakfast option but plenty of food options in the vicinity and easy to get out and about

Hotel is clean and in a handy location, although our room was near bins and every morning the banging of the bins was a bit annoying, along with the noisy smokers outside our window in the evening we couldn't have a window open on warmer days due to smoke and noise.

A good quality Travelodge at a reasonable price. Situated about a 15/20 minutes drive from Lincoln city centre the location is easy to find in a relatively quiet area ideally suited for visiting the city and surrounding area.

Travelodge @ Thorpe on the hill is a wonderful location for Whisby nature park. Great links for A46 bypass to Newark, and
Lincoln central a short drive away.
Options for different eateries within walking distance.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and went out of their way to accommodate me. I forgot my phone charger, and they kindly charged my phone for me until I could get a new one. When I was struggling, they really made me feel cared for.
There?s always someone available 24/7, and I loved the option to leave a note on the door for extra tea, coffee, or milk in the morning. The WiFi is free for 30 minutes and just £3 for the whole day?great value.
The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The bed was super comfy, and the TV had loads of channels to choose from.
All of this at such an affordable price?would definitely recommend to anyone!

Booked as a twin. Second bed not made up. When asked we were told it wasn't policy to make up beds and we should have said in the comments when booking. There isn't a comments box to say as far as we can see.
They provide bedding to make up ourselves. Unfortunately it was a double duvet and single duvet cover...
