Jack is an absolute legend! He went above & beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Thank you. Had to give him the credit he deserves as all too often reception staff are overlooked, but his hospitality at this travelodge was second to none.

It was a prime location to where we wanted to be ( Lincoln showground) we arrived late but the receptionist was lovely and friendly, only thing was the heater was on and the room was very warm, easy to switch off but room took a while to cool a bit, great location we were next door to Gregg's for breakfast next morning.
