Excellent staff very promptly replaced our order when a mix up meant someone took ours. Lovely lady serving gave us complimentary desert. Food was nice and hot.

Had a great dine-in dinner experience at McDonald?s. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you?d expect from a classic meal?Quarter Pounder with Cheese, fries, and a Coke done just right. But what really made it stand out was the service and atmosphere.
The restaurant was clean, calm, and felt welcoming, especially for a fast food spot. Dining in gave the meal room to breathe?no rush, no distractions. Just good food in a comfortable space.
Susan, who was working front of house, absolutely elevated the experience. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, kept the lobby spotless, and checked in on a few tables like it was second nature. She even brought ketchup over to a customer who forgot to grab it. You don?t expect that level of care at a fast food chain, but Susan made the place feel personal and well looked after.
There?s something grounding about sitting down and enjoying a familiar meal under the Golden Arches. It?s not fancy, but it?s real?and when it?s done right, it?s exactly what you need.
Will definitely be back. And if Susan?s on shift, you?re in good hands.

Food was hot. Staff tried but failed to look interested, but were polite. Atmosphere was not great, the music droned on and was hardly tuneful, gave me a headache.

This branch of Mc Donald's could have been an easy 5 star rating but alot of things let me down but the food and service remained good with moderate atmosphere but...
You can only get into here if your on the road heading towards Sleaford and it's a right pain to get to if your heading anywhere else due to the entrance for the carpark being very close to a roundabout, so if you miss your exit you have distance to travel before you can come back in yourself.
In the resturant it felt like the floors were sticky and could do with a very good clean and flies, there everywhere which is rather disturbing and the point is that there are no fly executor on any of the walls to catch them.
So if you don't mind a nightmare to get in, sticking shoes to the floor and flies all over the place... you'll have a lovely meal with good service.
