We had specifically chosen this Turkish cuisine restaurant for our trip to Stamford because we were Turkish. It was a rainy day. We went in and sat at a table we had chosen. Although it was a small place, the atmosphere was nice, the food and portions were great, but the service and attention were extremely bad. The waiter was a very cold person. It was very rude for the waiter to put the bill in front of us when we hadn't even asked for it. It was as if he was saying get lost. A place we will not choose again..PS: Mr. MEHMET ALI..Look, everyone is talking about the service and the indifference of the waiters.An old tradesman's advice from me..Such clerks cause the shop to lose customers..I also asked the waiter to replace the Arabic music played in the restaurant with Turkish music. They changed it, but after a while, they started playing the music of the local Arabs again. When you said that, the waiter would occasionally look at the table and see if the customer had a wish. I couldn't understand what I was talking about when he should have asked us if it was okay, son, bring water, bring extra pita, bring beer to the lady, we ran out of beer, no, bring this, no, bring that. Although the food and plate presentation was very nice, the service was poor, the waiter's face was selling vinegar, and especially before we could even order dessert and asked for the bill, he put the bill in front of us as if saying "go away as soon as possible", which is extremely bad for the business. It's a situation. Let me tell you.

Great food, good service & nice atmosphere. We ordered the meat and fish platter. Highly recommend meat - delicious and tender. Don?t recommend the fish, falafel was a bit dry. Enjoy!

we went here, based on google reviews, and didn't have a good meal. the lady taking our order was pleasant, but the staff otherwise were not attentive at all. it was 8pm Friday and not overly busy. But the food was very poor, i wont go back. The Mad Turk, was way better. The meat, bread and almost everything was very average. It was also £80 for 2 with 1 drink each, such poor value for money.

Nice but can be better. Price is bit steep for what you get. We enjoyed when the girls served us but then the male waiters take over and it went down hill in service.

Booked a table for 7:30pm on a Sunday evening for 5 people. Food was good, customer service was poor. Had to keep calling the waiter back over to order more drinks as they didn't come back to check on us. At around 9:30pm we ordered another bottle of wine and other drinks which the waited brought over to us, we politely asked what time they were closing to which the waiter replied "9pm" and laughed as he walked off. Around 15 minutes after this we were then given our bill and told we had to leave as they were now closing. Not sure why we were served more drinks if they was not prepared to allow us the time to drink them. On the plus side, we gained some free wine glasses as we were all pushed out the door with our freshly opened bottle of wine and glasses that had just been poured.

I had an amazing experience at Zada. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Turkish cuisine!
