I would avoid this store, if you can. The staff do not know what they are doing, they refuse to help and tell you to call the customer service team, who are also unable to help, it has now been almost 2 months of hard work to get a SIM swap complete and Vodafone are still unable to do it. The staff in store seem to be unable or unwilling to help.

Came to Vodafone for an unlocking code. I had transferred to a new network and decided I preferred my old phone. They told me to go back to the new network as there was nothing they could do despite it being a code that could only be acquired through their system. Ended up calling the customer service number and trying to navigate my way through the automated options. When I finally got to speak to a person I was told my number didn't match any current accounts (probably as I'd transferred networks so no longer had an account with them) I then got directed to go on the website where the links further sent me round in circles, only to be told I still won't be able to use my phone for a possible 10 days.

If I could give a rating of no stars I would. Went to the store to pick up a phone ordered online. The person who identified himself as the assistant manager Ben asked for ID. I provided my photo driving licence that is out of date due to DVLA not being able to process due to covid 19. The government have extended them for 11 months so technically it is in date. This man would not accept this or other photo ID saying they were not what they accept. Nor would he accept a photo of my passport. Even when we spoke to customer services and they spoke to him he would not do it. I had letters with my name and address but nothing was good enough. When I asked for details of the head office he told me to ask customer services. I can honestly say I would never use this shop again he was rude and basically extremely unhelpful. Avoid them at all costs.

Went to the store to enquire about getting a replacement phone for the one that i had, the staff were very informative and discussed all the options that were available to me, when I had made my discission, they were able to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one.

When Vodafone sent an unlock code it did not work, blamed new provider and made me wait 2 weeks for a new code to be sent. Fobbed me off by saying it was fault of handset and new provider. After having no phone signal for 2 weeks i was given a new unlock code which again didnt work! Had to go into shop as i couldnt call customer services who said again said it was new provider fault. New provider put sim in to prove not them and Vodafone issue. Basically Vodafone sent unlock code twice missing the starting 0!

Got my phone with amazing friendly service in store, real helpful resolving issues caused by back office teams and had the issue sorted very promptly and was kept updated throughout the entire process. Would always recommend going into store to get amazing deals! Love the feel of the store and an amazing team!!

A very poor reception (greeting not signal!) and reaction when I visited this store for some help. I was literally laughed at, which has resulted in this review. My issue was; as a business client of Vodafone's with several handsets etc. and some SureSignal devices. One of my SureSignal devices literally went bang! I telephoned Vodafone Customer Services and they suggested I took the offending item to my local VF store and exchange it for a new one. The store had other ideas, they decided to humiliate me and refuse on the basis that it would mess their stock up! Anyway, I rang VF Customer Services again and a lovely girl sorted me out without question. So full marks in the end for VF Customer Services, But no marks for the unhelpful staff in Vodafone Stamford. (maybe they haven't noticed that O2 are about 30 feet away from them!) :-)
