I visited the store today and i was very impressed by Rob who talked me through my options about my contract with vodafone and i am very happy with the service i received many thanks Rob on an excellent service mrs d gray.

I went to the store to get some help, the lady on the store was so rude and mannerless.. never going again but thanks to the guy he got me and helped me out so easily..

I would avoid this store, if you can. The staff do not know what they are doing, they refuse to help and tell you to call the customer service team, who are also unable to help, it has now been almost 2 months of hard work to get a SIM swap complete and Vodafone are still unable to do it.
