Well,we've been going to specsavers for years now,but today I tried vision express. Oh my goodness what a lovely change. Happy faces, politeness from everyone, beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend Stamford Vision Express. I'd like to add, total professionalism from every one of their staff. Thankyou guys ?

So delighted with the service at Vision Express Stamford. My Rayban sunglasses were so badly crushed and bent, I thought they were beyond repair. The friendly team fixed them while I waited 2min for no charge. Thank you so much guys.

I went to have an eye test and I told the optician I had congenital cataracts, which O know are very rare and she was unlikely to have seen ones like these before. However rather than take her time and think, she proceeded to tell me I had new cataracts, that were growing and that I probably needed surgery or I?d be unable to see/drive. Weeks of worry and several hundred pounds in private medical fees later, it turns out she was totally and utterly wrong, my cataracts haven?t grown, they never will, I have no new ones and do not need surgery, complete false alarm!! Whether this was a lack of experience or a lack of something else, she was in the wrong. I am very unhappy about this as you can imagine, this was very poor treatment and service. Dreadful in fact!!

Went in on the off chance near to closing with an issue with new glasses. They replaced the damaged frames with no quibbles with information from their records and swapped out the lenses. 15 minutes later, glasses were replaced. Service was exceptional
