Excellent staff, friendly, good at their jobs, no pushy sales tactics. I must say Nina was a ray of sunshine. Any company should be proud to have her working for them. Couldn't fault any of the staff or service.

I arrived spot on time and Daniel immediately told me I was late. I insisted that my appt was for 09.00 but he refused to accept this maintaining I was 10 minutes late. I felt very uncomfortable, and to be honest did not expect someone to be this rude. After being rushed through the first eye test, I then went onto see the lady optician who was lovely and apologised for keeping me waiting.?????. We have been using Vision Express for years and always spoke very highly of Mark and his team as historically they have always been so courteous. Even after the examination Daniel maintained his attitude. Most upsetting. Normally I would have sent this as direct message, but unfortunately there was no facility to do so via the website, but I was so upset I had no alternative but to post this. Hopefully Daniel will take time to read this, look at the attachment and apologise for his attitude.

I?ve been here a few times, but the last was a bit of a panic to get new glasses at short notice before my pending holiday.
Andrew was very understanding, honest, diligent and accommodating to get me in for a comprehensive eye test before ordering the glasses with Gemma, who was equally friendly and helpful.
A little surprised, I collected two pairs of glasses within a week the day before we left for holiday and with minimum fuss. I was kept informed all the way and the process was simple, quick and efficient. Many thanks to the staff for the quick turn around. Great service.
