We were so impressed by this Travel Agents. Our advisor Rui was absolutely superb, spending a great deal of time explaining our options regarding a transatlantic voyage and accommodation and transport links in America. He presented us with an excellent deal as a whole package and we were so close to going with it. Unfortunately we decided to postpone our trip because, owing to personal circumstances, we had to book over a year ahead. Ultimately we worried about what could happen in that time, especially given the volatile political situation in America. However, we will definitely return to Hay Travel again as they offer such a superb service; employees like Rui are truly an asset to the company!

Rui is great! He sorted me a trip for 2 to the Dutch Grandprix this summer at £600 less than what it was looking like if i organised it myself. We have tickets for all 3 days and he even managed to get us an extra day so we can explore amsterdam and don?t have to rush home after the race. We?re traveling by eurostar too which is really excited! Everything is streamlined and i get regular emails to update me with more information which keeps the excitement rolling! it?s taken a massive weight off of my shoulders and he has made what could have been a stressful holiday completely stress free!! Roll on August!! THANK YOU RUI!!

I telephoned at 9.35 on Saturday 1st July the phone rang and rang when someone finally answered she said she was working in her own and would call me back, again I waited and waited and no return call came so decided to go somewhere else, Hays travel have missed out on a cruise holiday sale because nobody called me back, maybe some more staff might be a good idea?

We booked a 50th birthday celebration holiday for 15 of us to Corfu with Lindsey. As expected with such a large group, it wasn't an easy task for lindsey however she was patient and helpful with us all. Lindsey went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for this celebration holiday for us all. I will definitely use Hayes Travel/ lindsey for future holidays as it was a good experience. Thankyou from all of us.

I could not fault Hays Travel! Absolutely fantastic service, always happy to answer all of our questions and help with travel advice etc in COVID times which was a huge relief for us when having a get away.We will 100% be using them for our next holiday!

With the issues currently happening in the world, I had a holiday booked with them, and they kept me in informed very step of the way, were patient and understanding, I have moved my dates for next year, and they were extremely helpful. Cannot recommend enough. 5 stars all the way.
