Went twice during the week last week around 17:00 & it was closed, no information even though it said 18:00 on the door so I got no food, I won't again, lost a regular customer

I was there a few times last week and unfortunately the store was closed after 5pm I wonder why because there is information on the door that is open until 6pm Don't you care about your customers ?????

Today (6/05) at about 12:30 the most lovely man served us, changed his gloves when I ordered a vegetarian meal and helped us to get the best value. It was such a hot and busy day and he was working so hard, I didn’t catch his name but he was lovely. Very good and polite customer service !!!!
