Too your staff yesterday whom looked after me ,First Lady at desk .Zayna Eye Doc / Kira/ Chloe,zero pressure to purchase glasses yet ,giving all information. Excellent customer service of which is Rare Commodity these days ps: will be back to Buy Glasses ?

It maybe a small specsavers but that means the staff are more attentive and helpful. The shop is well set out, perhaps just a tad small for when it gets busy. All the staff seem to be very welcoming and helpful. Choosing my glasses was a breeze and the staff were very clear on what did and didn't suit me.

It was really busy and they were running a little behind schedule, but I was acknowledged immediately and told about the wait. In the end it was only a few minutes beyond my booked time.

I love my new glasses, the service was great and friendly also very helpful. Had eye test, tried varifocals for the 1st time, i couldnt get on with them. so they happily swapped them free of charge to normal. i then tried bifocals and love them!

****FURTHER FURTHER UPDATE****. Just visited the store, best experience in 20 odd years, spoke with the very pleasant new retail director, the failed frames are being replaced. Cannot fault on this occasion ??
***FURTHER UPDATE***. The frames that were replaced 6 months ago (see review below) have failed in exactly the same way

**UPDATE** ?.following a call from the store after this review had been seen by them, the frames are now being changed free of charge, so star rating upgraded. ***
Got new glasses here 11 months ago, chose some of their most expensive frames, this morning the side fell off when I picked them up, the joint had failed. Took them into store expecting a free repair, told it would cost me £50 to put the lenses into new frame, or I could glue them together !!! Absolutely astounding that they do not guarantee their frames for normal wear and tear. Been using them 12 years plus, now going elsewhere.
