As a landlord, I cannot fault how Sowden Wallis have managed my house. They have handled a difficult tenancy with professionalism and courtesy, communicating clearly at every step of the way. Tom is trustworthy, helpful and very efficient as are his staff. Services are reasonably priced too.

We bought a house through Sowden Wallis and have been deeply impressed with the service from start to finish. We viewed several properties with them, and all of their staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about each one, something that was notably missing with some of their local rivals. Following our accepted offer and protracted conveyancing process, the team?s communication was excellent, and we were well-informed at every stage. We always felt that our position was well reflected with the sellers. Laura was accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with; she worked incredibly hard to ensure our sale went through.
