Observed a very caring member of staff going above and beyond for an older member of the public. There was a queue but he really did make sure the lady was looked after and happy. So lovely to see - excellent customer service and kindness.

Awful rude staff please don't test perfumes.....ever heard if testers every other shop manages it we were happy to purchase some perfumes won't be back now happy to go to superdrug!!!!!

Generally good price but they prioritise deliveries to superdrug (same company) where the same product is more expensive - for example sudafed nose spray is out of stock since couple of weeks in savers (£3.19) but is available at superdrug (£4.49) even though delivery is done by the same lories.
