Observed a very caring member of staff going above and beyond for an older member of the public. There was a queue but he really did make sure the lady was looked after and happy. So lovely to see - excellent customer service and kindness.

I was served buy a lovely caring young man today I was having a coughing fit and he asked if I needed water did I need help and took the time to talk to me a credit to your company
