Unfortunately due to a lack of staffing, you cannot easily conduct a transaction with a teller. Instead they encourage you to use the cash machines. Which I did on the 29th of August. The machine could not do the cash deposit transaction and spit the money out, but managed to get £20 caught in the cogs of the mechanism.... read full comment
