Hollie provided me with excellent service today. She went out of her way to obtain six boxes of prosecco after I found out that the store's stock levels were low. She is an excellent ambassador for Sainsbury's.

Tills were not staffed which meant it was self service or nothing. The one member of staff that was about was helping with the 'unexpected items in the bagging areas'. On the plus side there were plenty of parking spaces.

Attempted to get a replacement 2.5 litre box of Sainsbury's Shiraz in Stamford, as the one I opened didn't taste right. Fair enough, I didn't have the receipt or proof of purchase, the dithering, uncertain mong of a manageress tells me computer says no ! My wife shops there every Saturday, buys a box of red every week too. You'd think out of loyalty, they'd replace the item ! I'll buy our wine @ Lidls instead now. Shite customer service !! ?

No toilet open! And still not open weeks later. You have lots of loos, all out of order or not available to the public. Please get them fixed, we have a long way to come to shop!

Don't know if this is the point where delivery vans are sent out , but the last delivery was poor. Tins bent and packets of cous cous leaking onto floor, that could have caused me to slip and break something. I asked the driver to separate dry goods from fresh items so I could get them to the fridge quicker ,currently got vertigo so can't bend, and low and behold all mixed together. Got the impression he couldn't give a damn.

Although 4 stars some staff think it is a joke that the WiFi is rubbish that's no help when trying to do smart shop and save money. If they think it's ok to talk about customers behind their backs perhaps they need to go on a customer service course.
