She offered such good advice over the phone, with the size of the bracelet I should request & the charms I was considering & then advice for the future charms I might think to buy.Bracelet & charms were with me within a few days.Excellent service

I got a pandora bracelet & charm, Jessica was amazing and was so patient and so welcoming, I didn?t feel rushed and felt I could take my time on my purchases. My daughter also purchased a ring, with her learning difficulties Jessica was able to take her time and ask her what size was more comfortable and my daughter also felt very welcomed.Thank you for a wonderful experience. x

Jessica and the team are outstanding! I have never received such immaculate service from a jewellers! I have had several piercings with Jessica and cannot recommend highly enough, it was such an easy process and she made me feel super comfortable and calm ?She also very kindly cleaned my ring for me at the same time!I also had my Tiffany bracelet repaired with Rubirox, I first enquired by email and had the quickest responses every time without fail! My bracelet was a gift and super sentimental, although it may seem materialistic to some I was treated with kindness and I felt Jessica really understood! It was returned to me so quickly and just as it was originally! I really could go on for pages I cannot recommend Jessica and the team anymore, thank you so much!??

My daughter had her first piercing with Jess today. What a credit to her business and the industry she is! It made the whole (birthday) experience so much more special to be made to feel so at ease in for what is a massive thing for a 13 year old?.it was so good I decided to have another piercing myself to mark the occasion!Highly recommend the whole experience: quality product. ??

I got a new ear piercing today as part of my 23rd birthday celebrations. And I have to say, Abby was an absolute delight!! She made me and my friends feel welcome, calm and joined in with the excitement. Abby was funny, kind and polite, and sets a high example of what brilliant customer service looks like. Truly, a credit to the business. I am very happy with my new earrings and piercing so, thank you Abby!

I went into RUBIROX as a beautiful necklace caught my eye. Well what an amazing experience....it was a Thomas Sabo necklace and the lady who I spoke to in the shop is so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and happy trying on the necklace.. I didn't get the ladies name who worked there but I can say it was a real treat and pleasure to purchase.I will definitely be going back to purchase more jewellery as I am so impressed with the excellent customer service and amazing variety of jewellery they have in the shop.
