Went in today so my daughter could buy a bracelet. The young gentleman that served us today was extremely knowledgeable, non pushy with the sale making it was a lovely experience. We came out of the shop very happy with the purchase and we all commented on how lovely he was.

We recently purchased our wedding rings from Brown & Newirth via Rubirox.
We had a few appointments with Jessica and at every one of them we were made to feel comfortable and a really valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble!

Fantastic experience with Rubirox. I had to quickly replace a present for my wife and ordered some earrings from here. It was extremely close to Christmas but without even asking they upgraded the delivery to next day free of charge

Got my second piercing at 49 years old. On Saturday fab customer service that lady who did it was great had a great experience was with my sister who was my moral support wish I took the ladies name hopefully she will remember me Could not fault the wonderful lady will be going back for my 3rd piercing as long as she does it 5 star wonderful

Avoid it at all costs! The most poor customer service I ve ever had. I bought this steel ring with the purpose to wear at work which is suitable telling them my work requires lots of handwashing ,i wore it and it became like the picture within 3 days ,went to exchange it at the shop to get another one in pink rose color which i already got it and i m happy with it but the lady not only didn?t accept it even tho the item wasn?t fit for purpose but she made me spend more money buying the cleaning wipes (was on sale £9.99 she gave it for £6.99 when in fact with £5 more I could have exchanged it to the ring I asked for) she said if it takes the color come back again ( i told her i know it?s gonna become like that again and can?t keep it in my finger and clean it every hour ) and she saw I wasn?t happy but kept insisting she can?t exchange it! so now i have to keep this item in my draw unnecessarily! Waste of money ,poor quality product, poor customer service and to much hassle with the busy life we have !
