Visited poundstrecher Stamford today , The young man serving needs to do a course in customer relations. Also communication needs improvement. No please or thankyou just direct instruction on the price. Spoke with the deputy manager he was nearly as rude . I find it very unprofessional when they are on there phones.
Thanks but I will not go back. To be spoken to in such abrupt manner.

Poundstretcher, Stamford is a great store with lots of bargains. The Stamford branch were great for gardening and DIY products during the lockdown. Still using this excellent store as it is often cheaper than many supermarkets in the area. There have been plenty of Christmas decorations this year (2023). Hope they keep going.

Staff were really fantastic here, one shop floor worker gave me the number for the store to ring them directly to check if they had certain items there in stock to save me driving, as i lived further away..

Never before have I had to drive all of the way to Bourne to console my hysterical sister after she has been victimised, in what can only be described as a hellish pound shop interaction. If Carlsberg did management training, then I'm sure the lady managing the store that day would not have passed. She was clearly disgruntled. Rude in fact. Was ill mannered to the children in our family, giving them evil looks. They say the customer is always right, well my sister is right upset!Do better!Yours sincerely,S, J, Howe.

A young lad called Kyle was not only informative. Remembered our kids names as they was running out the shop! ( to help us warn them). He was patient with outstanding product knowledge. I was so impressed. Not just by his This is the bench mark of customer service and every store should have a Kyle!!

It's a Poundstretcher not Harrods and you get exactly what you're paying for. Lots of stock at the value end of the market, piled high.
