The shop itself is lovely,with nice goods,good quality,and nicely displayed.However, it's a big shame,that there was a very rude staff member,by the name of Justin,who was awful to the lovely lady who was serving at the till.He belittled her in front of several customers. She was very busy dealing with several customers, and from what I saw, a customer had left a donated goods bag by the till. whether the lady had done something wrong or not, I think if this bullying continues, you are going to lose your valuable volunteers,not to mention customers. I would say there were at least 4 or 5 customers who witnessed and were shocked by how he treated the poor woman. At least she felt supported by her customers,and I hope she won't have to endure this horrible man again. and she definitely deserves an apology.
