I have been to Stamford twice in 4 days. I can confidently state that on both occasions it was a waste of time. It was even more irratating that the person serving be didn't even recognise my phone. Which is a Samsung Note 4. He was totally out of his depth and I would be reluctant to use the shop again . I most certainly wouldn't recommend this business to Stamford. I am planning on phoning 02 this evening as my contract us due to end. I am expecting phoning the company maybe far more productive but maybe not ?

Because of the virus had to wait to get into the shop,which wasn't a problem as it was a one to one once l got in. My phone problem was dealt with quickly with me having a new sim card and a reduction in my tariff,well done for a great service!Gordon

I was ignored straight after walking in even though it wasn't really busy... One of the girl advisors walked to the back after seeing me and didn't seem to serve anyone.. than she came out again looked up and down on me and ignored me again. I am south east Asian background and i think that might be the reason.
