I popped in to New Look and a young girl Isabelle was extremely helpful. She found a few dresses for me as and we looked online together for items that would fit my style and ordered it to my home as I?m not from Stamford. She talked me through the returns process just in case it wasn't quite right and when the dresses arrived they were perfect. Customer service can only be described as 10/10 and would definitely visit again.
