Knights are one of the good guys - we've bought, sold and rent through them and they have always been professional, helpful, and are hugely knowledgeable on the Stamford and surrounding market.The sales team and lettings departments compliment each other well and both are run by, and supported by, solid individuals who know what they are on about - if you are buying, selling or looking to rent they are definitely worth a visit!

Coming to the end of our tenancy, communication really was awful from Knights. Especially Frankie, after calling to ask basic questions regarding the end of our tenancy, he was rude and finished the call by hanging up on me numerous times. We rented for 4 years, luckily not fully managed by them. Wouldn't recommend for lettings.

My husband and I recently sold our house with Knight Partnership and secured a mortgage through them too. We would definitely recommend them on both scores.They're a small team, but it meant we always knew who we were speaking to. They were professional, approachable, and fully understood our requirements for both our house sale and mortgage. They updated us after every viewing on our house, and were never pushy about what we should do, clearly taking the time to explain our options and answer our questions. After we'd accepted an offer on our house, it took a while for us to find the one we wanted to buy, and then delays elsewhere in the chain meant that it was a slow process. But throughout, Clare kept us up to date, liaising with the other agents in the chain.All in all, we're so glad we went with Knights - they proved themselves to be very competent and we're thankful for their help and reassurance throughout our house selling and buying experience!
