I came into the shop last week and was really pleased with what I came out with. I had a bit of trouble with my gift card, but Wendy explained it to me and was very patient when it wasn?t working. I ended up having to leave, and she was happy to put everything back, and then helped me when I returned with my voucher working again. Thank you, Wendy!

I visited Holland and Barrett yesterday
I went with the intention of buying some vitamins. I spoke to a member of staff and she was not interested in me, she seemed more interested in opening boxes.
I was very very disappointed.
My visit to Holland and Barrett was a waste of time.

I'm a regular customer of this store and I'm always looked after. They always offer great service and product knowledge. Holland and Barrett always hold a great product selection and it's one of my favourite shops to buy from.

22/12/2024 went in with my wife to buy something specific. There are two ladies that worked in that day , the shortest one had a very bad attitude towards customer like she was doing us a favour to answer any minor question . She did even made a face expression while she was trying to pass thought with few vitamins on her hand as we were in her way?!?! On the checkout gave my address to find my benefit card , had my discount and then she did asked me is I want to donate to a charity 50p which I responded no . Then she did asked me two more times and did explain to her that on the screen they don?t give me the option to say no . Then she made this awful arrogant face expression once more . Totally unacceptable, unprofessional albeit at that given moment I choose not to say anything as I had my poorly wife with me . Definitely worst customer service that I have seen and definitely I wouldn?t recommend this branch and especially this rude lady.

Lady at the till seems to have a major attitude problem. No greetings, no niceness, no acknowledgment, needs some serious customer service skill training. It?s the lady with the charming voice, bulging eyes with no will to live.

My wife & I visited Holland & Barrett in Stamford this morning 31-3-2018 at around 11am. The lady serving us was positively surly and not at all friendly. Both assistants were busy down the aisle where we wanted goods & access was a problem. This shop does not deserve to have any customers and we expect our experience will be the same for many others. My wife reports that today's experience is similar to previous visits. Mr & Mrs Teasdale, Stamford.

visited this shop on way to France on holiday as I had forgotten to stock up on garlic tablets...very well stocked and excellent staff.
