I came into the shop last week and was really pleased with what I came out with. I had a bit of trouble with my gift card, but Wendy explained it to me and was very patient when it wasn’t working. I visited Holland and Barrett yesterday I went with the intention of buying some vitamins. I spoke to a member of staff and she was not interested in me, she seemed more interested in opening boxes. I was very very disappointed. My visit to Holland and Barrett was a waste of time.
