I booked mine and my wife's bicycles into Halfords in Stamford for servicing, very easy process and at a very reasonable cost. We took them in a few days before they were due to be worked on and they were done in less than a week. Great job performed by Scott who went through all the details with us on what had been done to the bikes when we picked them up and what options we had going forward with regards to repairs, additional servicing and bike accessories with discounts by taking a small cost additional discounted package which made absolute sense to take up and we did. Very pleased not just with the service on the bikes, but also with the excellent customer service that was provided and with the email updates on when the bikes would be ready. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service when visited on 1/2/24. The Halfords Assistant was very Helpful and could solve the problem what asked him for. He gave me Good piece of mind. I was very Impressed with this very Helpful person. He was called Mark. I recommend Halfords for your vehicle requirement, not the main car manufacturer. It is a lot cheaper for your pocket.
